PRIVACY POLICY 個人情報保護方針
シンクシステム株式会社は、ソフトウェア開発／販売を通しお客様のニーズに対応するトータルサービス・ソリューション企業です。事業を通し社会に貢献することを理念としています。この実現のために当社は、個人情報保護の重要性とその責務を強く自覚し、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを制定し、以下の通り「個人情報保護方針」を定め遵守することを誓います。
個人情報の範囲
インターネット等によるソフトウェア販売および書籍販売等の事業活動の中で収集した個人を特定できる情報。また、お取引先様や従業者の個人を特定できる情報とします。
個人情報の収集と利用
個人情報を適切に収集・利用・提供致します。また、収集した個人情報の目的外利用は致しません。同時に目的外利用を防止するための措置を講じます。
関連法令等の遵守
当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令および国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守致します。
苦情・相談対応
本人が、本人自身の個人情報に対して苦情相談・照会・修正・削除を希望した場合は、当社窓口担当が速やかに対応致します。
安全・是正対策
当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、またはき損のリスクを認識し、コンピュータウィルス対策、ネットワーク管理等の適切なセキュリティ対策および是正対策を講じます。
また、社会の動向にも注視し、個人情報保護が適切に実施されるよう個人情報マネジメントシステムを継続的に改善してまいります。
